The inaugural table.

The inaugural session convened at Club de los Industriales in Ciudad de México on 24 March 2026. One round table, sixteen seats, closed door.

Developers, investors, hospitality principals, and solution providers each introduced their project and the problem they were trying to solve.

The table returned repeatedly to the fact that roughly 90% of a life is spent indoors, which makes air, light, acoustics, and materials determinants of health and of asset performance.
